The price of the package is not negotiable. This self-defense weapon is non-lethal. My price is lower because I cannot represent as brand new since out of the box, and am not including pepper spray canisters. This is a new - out of the box Firestorm 4c Le pepper spray gun.

The package does not include pepper spray canisters, as I am unsure of the legality shipping those items. The package includes the pepper spray gun, level 2 belt carry holster, original case, and self defense guide.
